How to Use

• First, locate the point on the wrist where the Reliefband will be placed—about two finger widths from the crease in the wrist. This is where the median nerve is located
• Apply a pea-sized drop of conductivity gel to the underside of the wrist, spreading it evenly in a circle, about the size of a large coin
• Place the Reliefband on the wrist over the gel, with the contacts touching the skin
• Turn the Reliefband on by pressing the minus (-) button for 3 seconds until the lights flash on. To increase the intensity, press the plus (+) button. You will feel a tingling in the hand and middle fingers—this is how you know it’s in the right location. Adjust the intensity as needed
• To turn off, press the minus (-) button for 3 seconds until all lights flash on and then off again
