How to Use

• Activate the “Calm” or “Awake” mode depending on the time of day:
• Calm: To fall asleep, after anger, before bedtime, or during a bath
• Awake: In the morning, before school, during a snack, or a trip
• Turn the dials:
• On top: Choose the emotion (joy, fear, anger, sadness, serenity, confidence)
• On bottom: Choose the type of audio (story, meditation, yoga, music, philosophical tale)
• Listen. The journey begins. No screen, no waves. Just the voice, sounds, and imagination
