How to Use 

• Make sure the affected area is clean. Peel a dot from the backing
• Cover the entire whitehead or blemish with the dot, pressing to ensure even contact with the skin
• Allow the dot to remain in place for 6–8 hours, or overnight
• Remove and discard the dot
• Note: Store unused dots in the resealable pouch to maintain freshness
