How to Use

• Consistent nightly use of your choice of spray, lotion, or cream is highly recommended for best results
• Magnesium Oil Spray: Spray 5–10 times on the bottom of your feet, legs, or chest before going to sleep
• Magnesium Lotion and Nighttime Magnesium Cream:
• Massage generously onto legs, arms, chest, or feet at nighttime before going to sleep
• Apply on legs for restless leg relief and the bottoms of the feet before bed. You can also apply to any area where you feel discomfort. Just be sure to avoid broken skin or freshly shaven areas
