How to Use

• Place the dumbbell base on a flat, stable surface (floor, not on a bed/sofa)
• Make sure there’s enough space around it to pick up and put down the dumbbell safely
• Ensure the dumbbell is fully resting in the cradle/base before you try to adjust the weight
• The plates should look even and properly aligned
• Use the rotating handle/selector to choose your desired weight (e.g. 5–25 lbs)
• Turn the handle until it clicks and the chosen weight is clearly indicated on both sides
• Grip the handle firmly with your palm centered
• Keep your back straight, bend your knees slightly, and lift the dumbbell straight up out of the base
• After your set, slowly lower the dumbbell back into the base until it is fully seated
• Rotate the handle again to select a lighter or heavier weight for your next exercise

Care Instructions

• Wipe the dumbbell with a soft, damp cloth after each workout
• Use mild soap if needed, but avoid abrasive or chemical cleaners
• Dry thoroughly after cleaning to prevent moisture buildup
• Keep the rotating weight-adjustment handle clean and free from dust
• Avoid dropping the dumbbell to protect the internal adjustment system
• Note: Adjust weights only when dumbbell is in the rack
• For adults and teens 15+; keep away from children and pets
