How to Use

• Read the user manual and all safety instructions carefully before first use
• Fully charge the Legra (up to 4 hours) before using it for the first time
• Charge the battery:
  • Make sure the device is turned OFF
  • Connect the USB-C charging adapter to the charging port on the side of the Legra
  • Plug the adapter into a wall outlet
  • The four battery LEDs flash to show the current charge level. When fully charged, all four LEDs stay lit for 5 minutes and then turn off
• Prepare for use:
  • Place the Legra on a flat, level surface
  • Wash and dry your hands thoroughly
  • Remove all jewelry (rings, bracelets, watches)
  • Roll up your sleeve so no fabric enters the massage chamber
• Begin your massage:
  • Insert a clean, dry hand (palm down) into the cloth-lined massage chamber
  • Press the Power button to turn the device ON
  • The default program starts automatically: Mode P1, intensity level L3, heat OFF
  • Adjust Mode, Intensity, Vibration, and Heat as desired using the control panel
  • After your session, press Power to turn the device OFF and wait for the air pressure to fully release before removing your hand

Care Instructions

• Safety:
  • Use only as described in the user manual
  • Do not use while driving, sleeping, or if you are intoxicated
  • Consult your doctor before use if you have serious medical conditions (e.g., heart disease, blood clots, diabetes, active infections, advanced circulatory problems, pregnancy, implanted devices such as pacemakers, recent surgery, or bone disorders)
  • Do not use on bruised, swollen, injured, or inflamed skin, or on open wounds
  • The Legra is for hands and wrists only. Do not insert feet or other body parts
  • Remove all jewelry before use
  • Keep away from water, moisture, high heat, flammable materials, and aerosols. The device is not waterproof and must never be immersed in water
  • Never use the device while it is charging
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets; users with limited physical or mental capacity must be supervised
• Cleaning and storage:
  • Turn the device OFF and unplug the charger before cleaning
  • Wipe the exterior with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not use solvents or harsh detergents
  • Do not allow water or other liquids to enter the device
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources
  • Do not attempt to open the unit or replace the battery; there are no user-serviceable parts
