How to Use

• Place the cold plunge tub outdoors in your preferred spot. Ensure the surface is level and stable
• Make sure the drain valve is in the 'off' position to prevent any leaks
• Inflate the tub using the air pump until it’s fully expanded and stable
• Fill the tub with cold water, then add the desired amount of ice to achieve your preferred cold plunge temperature
• Step into the tub and immerse yourself in the cold water, relaxing as you enjoy the benefits of cold water therapy
• After use, open the drain valve to release the water, deflate the tub, and store it in the included carrying bag for easy transport

Care Instructions

• After draining the water, rinse the tub with clean water to remove any residue or debris
• Periodically clean the interior with mild soap and a soft cloth or sponge to prevent any buildup or mold
• Make sure the tub is completely dry before storing to avoid mildew or mold growth
• Deflate the tub fully to prevent any strain on the material during storage
