How to Use
- Brush brows hairs with the spoolie
- Use the pencil to sketch individual hairs and fill in any gaps for a natural look
- For a more dramatic look, smudge the brow color through the entire brow, then comb with the spoolie to help blend
- Finish the look with a final brush through with the spoolie
