How to Use

• Dripless cutting board:
• Best used for carving meats or cutting a large melon, such as a watermelon, as the spikes hold the food in place
• Firmly place the meat or melon on top of the spikes to secure in place
• Once food is in place, you can begin to carve or cut
• Supplemental cutting board:
• Can be used either on the main cutting board or directly on your countertop as an additional cutting board surface
• Ideal for cutting or chopping vegetables and fruits
• Drip tray:

• Comes already in place under the main cutting board. Any juices will automatically collect in the drip tray given the angle and slots in the cutting board
• Once you’re finished cutting or carving, you can slide the drip tray out and either use the juices in preparation of your meal or dispose of them down the drain
• Make sure the drip tray is completely pushed into the main cutting board in the grooves to ensure it collects all of the juices

Care Instructions

• Dishwasher safe
• When loading in the dishwasher, place the dripless cutting board and removable supplemental board on the lower rack with the drip tray on the top rack
• For best results: After wash cycle, remove boards and drip tray and allow to drip dry
